Front of House Manager – Pre-opening Wine Estate – Paarl
Join the pre-opening of an exciting new wine estate in Paarl with a large F&B offering a position as a highly qualified Restaurant Front of House Manager
We are seeking a dynamic hands-on head chef who is able to do both fine-dining and casual dining, picnics and a high-volume 600 seater capacity without losing food quality.
You will be recruiting and managing a team of restaurant and bar staff and reporting directly to the GM. A strong knowledge of front of house operations would be beneficial but not essential.
Pre-opening experience is a very strong added advantage to your application.
You will be fully qualified
