Front Desk Co-ordinator – Luxury Spa – Port Elizabeth

A  sanctuary of peace, tranquillity and happiness luxurious Spa is urgently looking for a Front Desk Co-ordinator to supporting the company in reaching its daily, weekly, & monthly goals

Description:

BASIC DUTIES

  • Over and above typical reception / admin duties
  • Answering phone calls, helping clients book appointments as well as recommending services and products
  • Effectively checking guests in and out and scheduling their next appointments
  • Streamlining the work flow of the salon team
  • Maintaining retail products stocks, and receiving orders
  • Spaguru Software knowledge beneficial not required

Requirements for Front Desk:

  • Well presented
  • Friendly
  • Fast Learner
  • Ability to remain calm and level-headed during conflict
  • Must be able to remain focused during busy times
  • Must be able to professionally reply to clients on Email and address clients over the phone and in person
  • No piercings (besides ears) or tattoos may be visible on staff at the front desk
  • Beauty Background an advantage but not a necessity if they are open to learn the industry
  • Must be willing to work shifts (8-5, 9-6, 10-7)
  • Own transport an advantage
  • Contactable references a must
  • Need to be living in/around Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape (Required)
  • Needs to be available for an in person interview and a 3 day trial period at our front desk ( will be remunerated for these days)

Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Professional at all times
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Front Desk/ Hospitality/ Spa Environment
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Senior Certificate
