Medium-sized Pretoria Hotel is seeking the expertise of a hard-working and dedicated ops and Food & Beverage professional
Requirements
To manage and control the food and beverage department to the required standards, maximizing revenues and profits to agreed budgetary specifications
Working knowledge of POS and PMS systems
Working knowledge of financial and administrative principles
In-depth knowledge of stock management
Understanding of Sales and marketing principles within the Food & Beverage environment
General Knowledge of food preparation, wine, liquor, and beverage
