Position: Food and Beverage Manager

Location: Juba, South Sudan

Salary: $2500-$3000 per month (Net)

Description:

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in managing the operations of multiple outlets in a hotel setting.

Ability to work with an early-career workforce, providing constant monitoring and upskilling.

Adept at ensuring high standards of service across diverse dining environments.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Types of Outlets:

All Day Dining

Pool Bar & Grill

Lobby Café

Italian fine dining restaurant

Room Service

Business Lounge

Open-air rooftop lounge

Banqueting and Conferencing

Requirements:

Net monthly Salary: USD 2,500-3,000

Performance-linked annual bonus pay (currently 10% of the annual salary)

18% Gross salary provided as Pension Contribution

Gratuity of 1 month salary at the end of every year worked

Fully furnished single accommodation

Transportation provided by the hotel

Yearly vacation of 21 working days per year

Yearly vacation ticket to the point of hire

International Medical insurance
