Food and Beverage Manager – 4* Hotel – Nigeria

Embark on a managerial journey as the Food and Beverage Manager of our client’s distinguished 4-star hotel in Nigeria. We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and enhance their dining services. Join them in shaping a remarkable food and beverage experience, ensuring their guests indulge in the finest culinary offerings.

Package:

Salary: $850 – $1000.

Start Date: ASAP.

Inclusive: VISA processing, flight tickets, in-house accommodation.

Health Insurance: Candidates will be registered with our clients official Health Insurance Scheme.

Annual Leave: Entitled after one year of service with a return ticket provided for flights to the home country.

Description:

As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our clients guests’ dining experiences. Responsible for the overall management of food and beverage operations, your key tasks include optimizing service efficiency, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving revenue growth. Collaborate with culinary and service teams to create a seamless and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department.

Implement and maintain high service standards to exceed guest expectations.

Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.

Collaborate with culinary and service teams to create innovative dining experiences.

Monitor and manage inventory, costs, and budgets effectively.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager in a reputable hotel or restaurant.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends and industry best practices.

Ability to analyze financial data, control costs, and maximize profitability.

A customer-centric approach and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
