Financial Manager – Outsourced Staffing Company – Cape Town

Location: Cape Town

Leading South African outsourced staff solutions provider has an opportunity for an experienced Financial controller or Manager to join their team based at head office in CPT


  • Financial reporting
  • Daily support to Contract Executive and units
  • Prepare annual budget for the region
  • Forecasting region’s financial results
  • Stock Management at units
  • Cash Controls at units
  • Daily Reporting of financials to Support Center
  • Fixed Asset Management
  • Payroll review for region
  • Handle insurance claims for region
  • Approve Speed
  • Cost Management
  • Liaison with external Parties
  • Staff Management


  • B.Com Accounting Degree or Similar
  • Minimum 5 years financial management experience
  • Hospitality or catering experience beneficial
  • Own vehicle & License
  • Clear Criminal and Credit ITC Records
  • Able to travel to regional units
  • Very strong Excel skills
  • Work overtime when required
