Upmarket Fine Dining Restaurant Franchise Group is looking for a Financial Administrator to be based at their offices in Stellenbosch.

Qualifications:

Relevant National Senior Certificate / Equivalent

Own car and valid drivers license

Experience

Min 2-3 Years working experience in similar postion

Back ground of working in a 4-5* Hospitality environment essential

Duties

Assist Departmental Managers in:

HR / Payroll,

Stock Control; and

Reconciliation of the different accounts

Keeping each Properties Cash Flow Registary up to date

Overview

Create Customer Contracts
Create Customer Invoices
Updating Customer control list daily
Certify customer invoices and contracts
Upload files to Cloud
Updating registers
Physical filing
Manage data in S/Sheet and reports
Keep records up to date
Organize and schedule meetings and events
Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
Managing and Ordering Stationary
Assist with ad-hoc tasks when necessary
