Facilities Manager – Destination Venue – Camps Bay
seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to ensure that all aspects of the property are in good, clean and working condition and plan and maintain the preventative maintenance program.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric
Diploma in Project Management / Facilities Management
Valid Driver’s license essential
Valid First Aid certificate (advantageous)
Valid Fire Marshall and Evacuation Certificate (advantageous)
Experience:
Previous experience in the same / similar position in a 4/5 star hotel
Familiar with all the duties and procedures of the Maintenance department
Third language advantageous

Gardens and Grounds
Property Maintenance
Stores
Finances and controls
Health, Safety and Security
Human Resource
