Executive Chef needed for this busy up-market restaurant based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.

Requirements:
• Strong knowledge and practical experience running a high volume kitchen
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in an Executive Chef role, in a busy upmarket restaurant
• Sound costing, purchasing & hygiene practices required
• Must be able to Train and development other staff members
• Strong people management skills and must be confident and assertive in a leadership role
• Strong communication skills
• Professional cookery qualification
• Must be based in Cape Town
• Must have own reliable transport along with a valid drivers license
• No nights but must be willing to work weekends and public holidays
