My client, a leading management solutions consultancy, has a terrific opportunity for a Corporate Exec Chef cooking for volume (day shifts).

Description:

Key Performance Indicators;

• Ability to demonstrate leadership, innovation & commitment to his/ her job function
• A food lover and experienced in volume cooking
• Strong financial/business acumen & a clear understanding of food cost and labour efficiencies
• Strong client and customer service skills (customer centric)
• Maintain required hygiene audits as per company requirements
• Ability to oversee and manage different outlets

Requirements:

• Senior Certificate
• Diploma in Professional Cookery
• Stock management software experience advantageous
• Drivers licence & own vehicle
• Volume cooking experience
• Excellent client relations and communication skills
