As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire culinary operation, ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Menu Development: Create innovative and diverse menus that cater to a range of tastes and dietary preferences, keeping abreast of culinary trends.
• Kitchen Management: Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Quality Control: Uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency, conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Cost Management: Implement cost-effective measures without compromising on quality, managing inventory, and controlling expenses to achieve budgetary goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
• Culinary degree or equivalent qualification.
