My client, a leading management solutions consultancy, has a terrific opportunity for a Corporate Exec Chef cooking for volume (day shifts).

Description:
Key Performance Indicators;
- Ability to demonstrate leadership, innovation & commitment to his/ her job function
- A food lover and artist in haute cuisine
- Strong financial/business acumen & a clear understanding of food cost and labour efficiencies
- Strong client and customer service skills (customer centric)
- Maintain required hygiene audits as per company requirements
- Ability to oversee and manage different outlets
Requirements:
- Senior Certificate
- Diploma in Professional Cookery
- Stock management software experience advantageous
- Drivers licence & own vehicle
- Fine dining experience
- Excellent client relations and communication skills
