Responsibilities: As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Creating innovative and diverse menus that cater to a wide range of tastes and dietary preferences.
Managing the kitchen team, providing guidance, training, and fostering a positive work environment.
Overseeing food preparation and ensuring dishes are prepared to perfection.
Managing food cost and inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Maintaining and enforcing strict hygiene and food safety standards.
Collaborating with the Food and Beverage Manager to create memorable dining experiences for guests.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role.
Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating unique and delicious dishes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate the team.
Knowledge of current food trends, dietary requirements, and innovative cooking techniques.
A commitment to upholding the highest hygiene and food safety standards.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace.
