Embark on a culinary adventure as the Executive Chef of our client’s esteemed 4-star hotel in Nigeria. We are seeking a culinary maestro to lead our client’s kitchen, create extraordinary dining experiences, and elevate the hotel’s reputation as a gastronomic destination. Package:

Salary: $1500 – $1800.

Start Date: ASAP.

Inclusive: VISA processing, flight tickets, in-house accommodation.

Health Insurance: Candidates will be registered with their official Health Insurance Scheme.

Annual Leave: Entitled after one year of service with a return ticket provided for flights to the home country.

Description:

Job Description: As the Executive Chef, you will be the driving force behind their culinary excellence. Your responsibilities will include menu creation, kitchen management, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality. Lead a diverse team, collaborate with other departments, and contribute to the overall success of our dining experience. Your creativity and leadership will be instrumental in establishing their hotel as a culinary destination of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative menus in line with the hotel’s standards and local preferences.

Lead, inspire, and mentor the kitchen team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Oversee procurement, storage, and preparation of food to minimise waste and maximise profitability.

Collaborate with other departments to create a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold sanitation standards.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable hotel or restaurant.

Culinary degree or equivalent qualification.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Passion for culinary excellence and staying abreast of current food trends.

Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse team effectively.
