Description:

Tanzania Reservations:

• Specialize in handling reservations specifically related to Tanzania, including safari lodges and unique experiences.
• Leverage your knowledge of Tanzania’s attractions and travel logistics to provide expert advice to guests.

Reservation Management:

• Handle guest inquiries and reservations through various channels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Guest Services:

• Provide personalized assistance to guests, embodying the luxury and uniqueness of East African experiences.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and showcase in-depth knowledge of East African destinations.

Sales Support:

• Promote lodge services, Tanzania-specific packages, and special offers to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Utilize sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell East African amenities and experiences.

Data Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reservations and guest information, with a focus on Tanzania-specific details.
• Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in reservations, with a specialization in Tanzania.
• In-depth knowledge of East African destinations, particularly Tanzania.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and hotel management software.
