Description:

As the Duty Manager, you will be at the forefront of the hotel’s daily operations, ensuring that all departments—from front desk to housekeeping—run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, addressing guest concerns, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring the highest standards of service. You will be a key player in maintaining the hotel’s reputation for excellence and will work closely with the senior management team to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the hotel industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and basic financial management.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
