Issue Flights
Manage refunds and changes
Manage BSP
Prepare competitive quotations and innovative itineraries.
Adhere to Margin Strategy
Send through quoted information to Systems Team.
Book all services and load trackers on Cruise Drive
Operations
Assisting Operations Team wherever necessary
Reports
Report on RFP arrival dates, deadlines, re-quoting deadlines and handed over files.
Update the trackers and other reports in the Cruise Drive
Relationship Building
Establish excellent relationships with Cruise Clients
Establishing a close working relationship with the Systems Team and Operations Team.
Maintain and develop a close working relationship with Suppliers and Freelance Guides.
Maintain a good Consultant/Office relationship.
