As a Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the culinary team to deliver exquisite dishes to our clients discerning guests. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for a culinary enthusiast to grow their skills in a high-end culinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of high-quality dishes under the guidance of senior chefs, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards.

Kitchen Support: Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring efficient operations during peak hours.

Learning and Development: Embrace opportunities for skill development and culinary education, taking initiative to expand your knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.

Adherence to Standards: Follow all kitchen policies, procedures, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.

Requirements:

Culinary education is mandatory.
