As Cluster Operations Manager and play a vital role in driving the success of our boutique hotel operations over 3 properties on the Atlantic Seaboard

Description:

Oversee all aspects of the hotel’s day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on Food and Beverage management, including front desk management, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services. Your strong leadership skills and attention to detail will ensure that our guests receive outstanding service and that our hotel runs efficiently.

We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to handle multiple tasks and priorities. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hotel operations management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proven track record of success in managing hotel operations and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and implement strategies for improvement.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software (Opera & Micros)
• Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities and properties
• Driver’s license and own reliable transport (non-negotiable)
