As the Club Manager for our elite private members club, you will be at the helm of creating and delivering extraordinary experiences that cater to the unique preferences and high expectations of our clients distinguished members. Located in Kigali, Rwanda, our clients ultra-luxury 5-star boutique hotel offers an unparalleled ambiance of sophistication and privacy, making it the destination of choice for UHNWIs, celebrities, and global executives.

In this pivotal role, you will manage all aspects of the club’s operations, from member engagement and relationship management to overseeing the club’s extensive food and beverage (F&B) offerings and exclusive events. You will be responsible for driving the club’s strategic vision while ensuring the highest standards of service excellence are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Member Relations: Develop strong, lasting relationships with high-profile members, ensuring personalized and memorable experiences that exceed their expectations.
• Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring a seamless and luxury experience for all members.
• F&B Excellence: Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B team to deliver world-class dining experiences tailored to the tastes and expectations of the club’s elite clientele.
• Events and Programming: Plan and execute exclusive events and unique programming that reflect the club’s luxury brand and member interests.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service at all times.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the club’s financial performance, including budget control, cost management, and revenue optimization.
• Brand Ambassador: Act as the face of the club, representing its brand and values both within the hotel and the broader community.

Requirements:

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing private members clubs, luxury hotels, or high-end hospitality establishments.
• Proven track record of working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) and multi-national clients.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards, particularly in F&B operations.
• Experience in organizing and managing high-profile events and programming.
• International experience is highly desirable; familiarity with the East African market is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and culturally diverse environment.
