We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Manager to oversee the cleaning and maintenance of five different sites in and around Middelburg, Mpumalanga. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract cleaning, with knowledge of landscaping, chemicals, and maintaining public spaces. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage teams across multiple sites, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety are consistently met. A valid driver’s licence is essential, as the role includes a company vehicle and travel allowance

Description:

– Manage and oversee cleaning operations across five different sites, ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

– Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, providing training and guidance as needed.

– Conduct regular inspections of sites to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

– Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals, ensuring that all products are used correctly and safely.

– Coordinate landscaping services as required, ensuring that outdoor areas are well-maintained.

– Liaise with clients to address any specific cleaning or maintenance requests, ensuring customer satisfaction.

– Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning operations, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

– Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and inventory.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in contract cleaning management.

– Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, landscaping, and public space maintenance.

– Valid driver’s license.

– Strong organizational and leadership skills.
