Expanding Chef School Group is seeking and Princiapl for their Nelspruit Campus with previous lecturing experience

1           MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum: Hospitality Management qualification equivalent to NQF5
  • Assessor Certification (conduct outcomes-based assessment)

2           JOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 3-years relevant experience in the hospitality industry
  • 3-years management experience
  • 1-year sales experience
  • Advantage: Experience in liaising with industry organisations and bodies

3           SKILLS

  • Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook and Power-point
  • Business communication skills (reading, writing, speaking and interviewing skills)
