Duties:
Must be able to present innovative, new and modern dishes
Menu planning
Must have dealt with different dietary requirements
Stok taking and stock control
Kitchen Management
Preparation of breakfast and dinner, they do not serve lunch
Requirements:
4-star experience in a lodge environment (Advantageous)
Professional Cookery Qualification (Non Neg)
Must have valid driver’s license
This would be the ideal position for someone to grow with the lodge that currently only have capacity for 30 people
