Chef De Partie – Up-market Restaurant – V&A Waterfront
This up-market, 400 seater establishment is looking for a Senior Chef De Partie. Some speciality foods will include a range of Seafood dishes!
You will be responsible for working alongside Head Chef & Senior Sous Chef to manage daily kitchen activities
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing staff
Aiding with menu preparation
Ensuring food quality and freshness
Monitoring of ordering and stocking
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
Diploma in Food Preparation and cooking
