Fine Dining Restaurant on a Beautiful Wine Estate is looking for a energetic, hard-working Chef de partie to join their team. This Restaurant is a Food and Wine tasting Restaurant that is high-end fine dining in culture.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar environment (Fine Dining Experience will be advantageous)
Must be prepared and available to work Weekends and Public Holidays
Must be able to speak English
Must be healthy and fit for physical work
Must be a good team worker, trust worthy and willing to work
Own transport will be advantageous (the location is a bit’s drive from town)
Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.

Ability to commute is very important
