Chef De Partie – 5 Star Inn, Scotland UK

This newly launched 44-room, 5-star Inn has had a royal 5 Star upgrade and has kept many of the original period features. The restaurant serves locally inspired cuisine, sourcing fresh produce from the surrounding hills and lochs.

Our client is looking for a highly experienced Chef de Partie to join their exceptional team. It is essential that you have experience working in a luxury 5* establishment.

Working hours: 55 + hours per week

Salary: +- £26,500 per annum (subject to UK income tax)

Professional written references and a valid passport are required for the visa application.

This position will require a 3-year Skilled Workers Visa to work in Scotland, UK. Only candidates that are serious and committed to this 3-year term will be considered

Please note that there will be costs involved in the visa application process so you will need savings of approximately R15k-R20k for the visa application, medical tests and English proficiency tests

Accommodation, salary and visa fees can be negotiable, depending on the successful candidate’s needs.
