This outstanding property is an 18th-century grand family mansion. It has been transformed into a 4* Country House Hotel with an award-winning 2 AA Rosette restaurant, and has easy access to Aberdeen and its surrounding countryside.

Our client is looking for a highly experienced Chef de Partie to join their exceptional team. It is essential that you have experience working in a luxury 4/5* establishment.

Working hours: 40 + hours per week

Salary: +- £28,500 per annum (subject to UK income tax)

Professional written references and a valid passport will be required for the visa application process

This position will require a 3-year Skilled Workers Visa to work in Scotland, UK. Only candidates that are serious and committed to this 3-year term will be considered

There will be costs involved in the visa application process and you will need savings of approximately R15k-R20k for the visa application, medical tests and English proficiency tests

Accommodation, salary and visa fees can be negotiable, depending on the successful candidate’s needs.
