Description:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the menu specifications.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff members to maintain consistency and efficiency.
• Assist in menu planning and development, ensuring creativity and innovation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create memorable dining experiences for guests.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment.
• Take pride in maintaining high standards of food presentation and taste.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or relevant culinary position.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high food quality standards.
• Certification from a culinary school or relevant apprenticeship program is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Availability to start immediately.
