My client, the leading alternative in catering solutions, has an exciting opportunity in Kempton Park for a Catering Site Manager
Role;
It is to manage the unit through setting and maintaining service delivery standards, lead, motivate and train staff
Implement and maintain operational controls in line/within budgetary requirements
Maintain standard food preparation and presentation
Ensure quality of food preparation, presentation and service is up to standard by meeting all quality / star grading standards in all areas of responsibility
Q-pro, OSHACT and GMP compliance
Event Management , Unit Administration will be of key importance
Matric
National Diploma in Hospitality Management or any relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
Minimum of 3 years management experience in a similar role
Drivers licence & own vehicle
position for a minimum of 3 Years
Specialist Skills and Knowledge
Strong judgement and problem-solving skills
Excellent food/chef skills, background and knowledge
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written skills)
Fully computer literate
