Catering Senior Chef de Partie – Catering Company – Kempton Park area
An amazing opportunity for a qualified CdP to Sous level chef, with day hours and a highly reputable and growing company
Good hours, job security
188hrs a month
21 leave days a year ( Consecutive)
6am-6pm ( This could go to 8pm in extreme circumstances but very rare)
African Female or male candidates preferred
CDP to JNR Sous chef experience required
City & Guilds qualifications or similar required
No Criminal record
Own transportation is a big plus, But not absolutely necessary
Substance abuse will not be tolerated at all
HACCP
FIFO
Basic understanding of costing
Q.C Quality control experience a Bonus
Fluent Speaking and understanding in English is required
South African citizens only as we need there south African ID for ACSA permits
