We are seeking an experienced Hospital Catering Project Manager to lead and oversee catering operations at our healthcare facility in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering management, particularly within a hospital or healthcare setting, and a deep understanding of the unique requirements of this environment.

Key responsibilities include

• managing and optimising catering operations
• ensuring compliance with special dietary requirements
• maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene

You will be responsible for costing, budgeting, and financial management to ensure profitability while delivering exceptional service. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is crucial, as you will be the primary point of contact for all catering-related matters.

Requirements:

• Cheffing qualification highly beneficial
• South African citizen
• excellent organisational and communication skills
• ability to manage a team effectively
• A solid understanding of menu planning, nutrition, and dietary needs is essential
• Proven experience in managing budgets and controlling costs within a catering environment is required.
