Catering Project Manager – Education Facility – Pretoria East
A leading South African employer is looking for a Project for leading the work of a team to achieve all project goals within the given constraints in their premises, a upmarket educational facility in Pretoria East
NOTE – Although predominantly Monday to Friday, the role will require availability for functions and special events on relevant evenings and/or Saturdays

- Administration
- Client Liaison
- Financial Management
- Hygiene & Quality Standards
- Management of Human Resources (Subordinates)
- Menu Design
- Purchasing & Stock Control
- Self-Management
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Senior Certificate
- Degree in Hospitality
- Computer Literate (Excel & Word)
- Experience in managing a contract(s)
- Financial Knowledge
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the catering industry
- Driver’s license
