Reputable Technology Orientated Company looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join thier Group, specifically focussing on growth within their Resellers base.
Key Performance Areas
Direct engagement with potential new reseller base
End to end management of the reseller onboarding process
Manage all administrative queries related to the program
Conduct research into potential new resellers and their capabilities to develop effective sales strategies
Deliver ongoing strategic guidance and analysis to help the resellers achieve set objectives
Acquire market intelligence through customer development
Financial comprehension per reseller with strong analytical ability to manage this.
Prepare quarterly/ annual business plans to exceed business targets
Implementation of agreed plans to develop business growth in all areas.
Analyse & Identify key strategic goals/ timelines/ actions required to increase % penetration within specified base
Development and maintenance of strong commercial relationships across multiple levels in the organisation per partner, including C-Level, Director level.
Create a pipeline of sustainable opportunities by constantly building relationships with new resellers & end user companies to maximise opportunities for revenue growth
Development and maintenance of strong relationships with local Apple leadership team.
Secure committed orders per partner in line with business objectives
Review & analyse stock requirements per partner to ensure “responsible” sales management
Ensure sales targets are met on quarterly and annual basis.
Maximise additional revenue streams through strategic planning and execution
Review and identify model stock parameter to ensure maximum fulfilment rates.
Good commercial & financial acumen
Strong negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must have own vehicle with licence
Be able to travel locally and internationally if necessary
Knowledge of electronics industry an advantage
Able to work under pressure
Strong organisational and management ability
Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environment
Experience in onboarding clients and account management
Relentless and experienced in identifying target leads, engaging and generating sales from cold leads
Energetic, passionate, motivated self-starter
Basic understanding of tech, eCommerce platforms, portals and back-end processes
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office / MacOs/ iOS
