Description:
- Innovate and create distinctive breakfast dishes to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Take ownership of the breakfast service, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to 5-star standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and introduce new, high-quality menu items.
- Maintain a seamless coordination with front-of-house staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Uphold and enforce quality control measures to guarantee consistent excellence in food and service.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and culinary mastery.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations during breakfast service, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and optimise kitchen resources effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef de Partie in a fine dining setting.
- Strong knowledge of breakfast cuisine, culinary techniques, and presentation.
- Demonstrated creativity and a passion for incorporating innovative ideas into the breakfast menu.
- Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead by example.
- Exceptional time management skills to handle the demands of breakfast service efficiently.
- Flexibility to work day shifts exclusively, adapting to the pace of a high-end dining establishment.
