Looking for a fabulous bookkeeper who has great financial reporting and stock control experience! This is a fantastic homegrown South African family business.
Our client, a leading Spa and Beauty brand is looking for a Bookkeeper to oversee the Financial function for the entire business.
Description:
KEY OUTPUTS:
Turnover reporting
Management of loans accounts
Processing Journals
SARS PAYE and VAT
Capture transactions into Xero System
Petty Cash capturing
Yearly Audits
Verify accounts receivable
Verify sales, services, vouchers and discounts
Shopify Spa Vouchers
Bank payments and reconciliation
Export payfast transaction daily
Dear system admin
Complete month end accounting processes
Tips Reconciliations
Manage and invoice internal and external suppliers
Stock checks
Chi Desk queries
General administration
Submit insurance claims
Management of leasing agents and co-ordinate Bank Guarantees
Reports for Directors
Compile SOPs
Debt acknowledgement letters
General licensing
Payment of levies and municipal accounts
Filing and archiving
Purchasing of sundry products
Requirements:
3 year Accounting Qualification
Matric
3 years’ experience as a Bookkeeper
Excel experience
