Description:

As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar operations within our hotel. Your duties will include managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth operation. You will develop and implement innovative beverage menus and promotions, in collaboration with the culinary team, to enhance guest experience and drive revenue. Additionally, you will recruit, train, and supervise bar staff, ensuring adherence to standards of service and professionalism. Monitoring financial performance, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability will also be key aspects of your role. As a leader, you will inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-volume establishment
• In-depth knowledge of beverage operations, including mixology, wine, and spirits
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative beverage programs
• Proficiency in inventory management and cost control
• Certification in mixology or hospitality management is preferred
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
