Baker – Luxury Hotel – Atlantic Seaboard, CPT
Beautiful boutique hotel in Camps Bay area has an opportunity for a baker to join a top notch brigade of kitchen professionals in this key role
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The baker will create, execute, and develop recipes
do quality checks on ingredients and finished items
enhance item presentation with icing, glazes, fillings, and decorations, and process customer orders
make sure that hygiene is maintained at all times during the baking process
REQUIREMENTS:
Similar experience, strong understanding of baking fundamentals and the discipline required in the role
