Description:

As the Assistant Spa Manager, you will work closely with the Spa Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our client’s spa facility. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the overall management of spa operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
• Providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their spa experience.
• Supervising and training spa staff to uphold high service standards and deliver personalized treatments.
• Collaborating with the Spa Manager to develop and implement promotional strategies to drive spa revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and serene spa environment in line with our client’s luxury standards.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of spa policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the spa or hospitality industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff at all levels.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on motivating and inspiring a team to achieve excellence.
• In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
• Relevant qualifications in spa management or hospitality preferred.
