We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Spa Manager to join our luxury wellness day center on the Atlantic Seaboard. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring that all guests receive a world-class experience in a serene and luxurious environment.

Description:

Guest Experience: Support the Spa Manager in ensuring every guest is treated with personalised care, addressing any concerns or special requests with efficiency and warmth.

Operational Support: Assist in overseeing the daily functions of the spa, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Team Support: Work closely with the Spa Manager to recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they are well-prepared to deliver top-tier services. Assist in managing staff schedules and conducting performance reviews.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest trends in luxury spa treatments and products, helping to educate the team and suggest improvements or additions to the spa menu.

Administrative Duties: Utilise spa management software for booking appointments, managing client records, and tracking inventory. Support the Spa Manager in financial management tasks, including budgeting and expense control.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Somatology or similar
• 3 years luxury spa experience
