One of the industry leaders in retail is currently seeking an assistant software support technician to join their team in Durban!
Duties
Assist in investigating, analyzing and resolving problems.
Remote support / store visits
Technical trouble shooting
After hour and weekend support to consultants.
Preparing Pilot on site and training staff on new features
Testing for development
Providing new software releases
Must have own car will be travelling between sites
Qualifications
National IT Diploma / Tertiary Degree / MSCA, solid knowledge of MS server, networking.
Basic knowledge of a programming language and SQL are of advantage.
