We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced individual to fill the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager at our client’s esteemed establishment. If you have a flair for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Location: Durban

Salary Range: R12,000 – R15,000

Start Date: Immediate

Description:

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a seamless dining experience for our clients guests.

Lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff members to deliver exceptional service.

Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain high-quality standards.

Manage reservations and ensure optimal table turnover.

Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.

Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary.

Uphold hygiene and safety standards in the restaurant.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.

Familiarity with Micros and Opera systems is highly beneficial.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
