Assistant Manager (2IC) – National Brand – Claremont
Well established brand has an excellent opportunity for an energetic & vibey Assistant Restaurant Manager / 2IC.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the service levels and standards of this 300 seater
- Managing a staff compliment of ±50 staff• Leadership ability
- Leadership ability
- High energy levels
- Good communication and people skills a must
- Staff management and training
- Front of house and kitchen
- Rostering
- Maintaining standards and service
- Knowledge of (GAAP) Computer package
- Shift and weekends non negotiable – days off will be in the week.
- 55 hour week, 6 days per week, 06h30 to 16h30
