Description:

Collaborate closely with the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day lodge operations.

Manage and mentor lodge staff to uphold the highest standards of hospitality.

Ensure seamless coordination between various departments for a cohesive guest experience.

Assist in implementing and maintaining operational procedures and standards.

Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.

Address guest inquiries and concerns, striving to exceed expectations.

Participate in recruitment and training initiatives to build a skilled and motivated team.

Assist in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.

Play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

Requirements:

Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a luxury lodge setting.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and remote environment.

Familiarity with financial management and budgeting.
