Assistant General Manager – Luxury Lodge – Kruger National Park
As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the lodge.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
Assisting the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of lodge operations, including lodging, dining, and activities.
Managing and leading a diverse team of staff members.
Ensuring exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.
Collaborating with department heads to optimize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and effectively.
Assisting in financial management and reporting.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional guest service and communication abilities.
A passion for the safari and hospitality industry.
Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
