Lifestyle Estate is currently looking for an Asst F&B Manager to add value to the client experience

Description:

• Supports the Food and Beverage Manager by managing all Food & Beverage outlets
• Managing staff performance and service
• Assumes responsibility as “Duty Manager” for the property whilst on duty
• Manages all food cost, beverage cost and operating equipment, then investigates variances
• Implements staff development and training initiatives

Requirements:

• POS
• Budgeting and forecasting skills will be an advantage
• Flexible hours
• 4 years’ experience in a similar role or 3 years’ Managerial experience
• EXCELLENT guest relations skill
