Our client is hiring an experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to support their dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring exceptional dining experiences, optimizing service quality, and managing daily food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing all food and beverage operations.
  • Ensure high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage and train food and beverage staff to maintain service excellence.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of supplies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue and control costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, functions, and special occasions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Relevant hospitality qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
