Description:

As the Assistant F&B Manager, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, ensuring high service standards, managing inventory, and driving revenue through innovative promotions and exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with the F&B Manager to implement strategies that enhance the quality and efficiency of service, while also maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or luxury setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and train a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, including inventory management, cost control, and quality assurance.
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in F&B management software is an advantage.
