Agent Sales Service Co-Ordinator – Luxury Safari Company – Cape Town
Our client, a luxury travel company, is seeking an Agent Sales Service Co-ordinator to join their team in Cape Town. As an Agent Sales Service Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to our Agent Sales Manager.
This is an intermediate-level position, and the successful candidate will have relevant safari experience. As Agent Sales Service Co-ordinator, you will be expected to assist in the day-to-day sales activities, including preparing quotes, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and sales support to the Agent Sales Manager.
Prepare quotes and proposals for customers.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Assist with the organization of sales events and campaigns.
Help coordinate travel arrangements for customers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
Provide training and support to junior sales team members.
Requirements:
Relevant professional work experience in sales support or customer service in the luxury safari industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A deep understanding and passion for safari travel in Africa.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be available to start as soon as possible.
