Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Private Game Lodge, Limpopo
Salary: R5000 – R7000
Live-In Position
Description:
Provide administrative support to various departments within the lodge.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Assist in guest reservations and inquiries.
Maintain accurate records and databases.
Coordinate with staff to facilitate smooth operations.
Assist in organizing lodge events and activities.
Handle general office duties, including filing and photocopying.
Support the lodge management in daily tasks.
Uphold a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality.
Embrace the live-in aspect to ensure 24/7 availability for administrative needs.
Requirements:
Previous administrative or office support experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Adaptability and a willingness to live on-site.
Positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks.
