2x Communications Assistant, This is a customer-centric role in a dynamic & exciting environment. In addition to the duties mentioned below, you will work in unison with all other departments to curate the ultimate guest experience.
– Answering guest messages on Inbox
– Sending alterations through Airbnb App
– Sending guest check in info (where applicable)
– Contacting guests for their ETA for manual check in’s
– Answering guest calls (upcoming booking queries, arrival etc)
– Answering guest messages on Whatsapp
– Updating Booking platform listings
– Listing properties on various booking platforms from start to finish
– Following up with guests for keys (after check out)
– Following up with guests RE check out time (ie. guests who have not yet checked out at 10am)
– Creating targeted listings for the PM’s based on the tasks they have assigned you and fully integrating them into our software.
– Able to work shifts (latest ending at 9pm)
– Have excellent communication skills
– Are effective in multi-tasking, proactive planning
– Have the ability to be a dynamic problem solver
– Must be willing to work longer hours
– Must be client and guest centric
